Pear, Feta & Walnut Delight



Simply delicious - sometimes it's barely a recipe!

In this easy lunch I layered some of the pears I had preserved last year with a handful of last year's walnuts and drizzled them with a little maple syrup and some of the syrup the pears were bottled in.  

Crumbling some feta cheese over the top provided the final layer for a delicious and healthy lunch that only took a few minutes to assemble. 

Simple food, organic food, homegrown food - is pretty hard to beat!
