To:
Melt
200
gms (7 oz) of butter
Add
to the butter in a large bowl and beat together:

cup of brown sugar (or white sugar)
¼
cup of raw honey (or golden syrup)
½
tsp of salt
2
large eggs
¼
cup of peanut butter
1
heaped teaspoon of cinnamon
1
teaspoon of turmeric (optional)
2
teaspoons of vanilla
Add
to the wet ingredients:
2
cups of rolled oats
1
and a half cups of wholemeal flour
1
cup of chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds, brazils etc)
½
cup of seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, chia, sesame etc)
½
cup of dark chocolate chips
1
cup of dried fruit (raisins, sultanas, apricots, dates etc)
Combine
all the ingredients.
Roll
the mixture into tablespoon size balls, place on greased baking trays and
flatten with a fork. Bake at 200C (390F) for 15 minutes.
