Mmmm,
these are so easy to make but quite delicious - fresh, chagrilled
sweetcorn cobs.
Simply melt 1 tbsp of butter in a large wok at a medium heat and add fresh cobs of corn. We had large ears of it so we actually cut them into three. Fry for a minute or two on one side and then roll over and fry for another minute or two.
Take from the pan and sprinkle with your favourite seasonings. Sea salt and black pepper is really good as is lemon pepper or celery salt but you can just use whatever you enjoy. That's it - so easy peasy!
